A box once shipped cannot be returned. In case you find that a few components are missing, then you should contact us, following which we will proceed to send you the missing parts. In case you observe that the box is visibly damaged during shipping, then you must refuse to accept the shipment, and contact us immediately.

How long will the refund take?

If you are eligible for a refund, then the entire refund should get processed within 7 business days.

You will have 7 days after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to return the item. This means if your item was delivered e.g. on the 7th of the month, you have till the 14th to initiate a return. If the item you wish to return meets the criteria mentioned below, your return can be initiated. Please call our helpline 0308-0360360.

 Returning an item is simple; just follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Call our helpline and request a return.
  2. Pack items.
  3. Arrange product pick up or drop off.
  4. Your returned item will be Quality Checked to be eligible for return.
  5. If Quality Check passes, you will be refunded for the item.

 What are the conditions for returning an item?

  • Item must be in original condition as delivered
  • Item must not be used and must not have any stain or mark on it.
  • Item must include all packaging, accessories and/or tags.

 What can be the causes of return?

  1. You changed your mind or don’t like the item
  2. Item is not the one ordered or is not as advertised
  3. Item is defective, counterfeit or damaged at the time of delivery
  4. It was not delivered in specified time

What are the conditions of refund?

If the order has not been shipped, it can be cancelled before delivery. If you have paid for the order, you will get a full refund within seven days.

If the order has been shipped before your request of refund, you will have to pay for the shipment charges in case you changed your mind or you don’t like the item. If you had already paid for the order, your amount will be refunded after deduction of shipment charges. If the item is defective or delayed in delivery, you will not be charged for anything.

What is the procedure?

Call our helpline within 7 days of delivery to initiate return.

Please be prepared to give the following pieces of information:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The reason for the return.
  3. The method of refund that you would like and the necessary information associated (bank account number, etc.)

Can I request a replacement rather than a refund?

Yes. In that case, your product to be replaced should be complete in all aspects. The replacement can be granted within seven days of purchase.

If my returned product is not validated for return, how am I informed?

If your return does not meet the Quality Check criteria, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item.

Note: We will make 3 attempts to return the product to you. Please make sure to be available for a scheduled delivery.
